Seminar Program:

Day 1:

Neurophysiological foundations of manual muscle testing (MMT). Understanding the reflex arc and myotatic reflex.
Classification of receptors.
Functional states of the muscle. Hypotonia, hypertonia, normotonia. Local and global causes. Differential diagnostics.
Criteria of a normotonic muscle.
The concept of the associated muscle.
Dysfunction of muscle spindle receptors. Clinical presentation, diagnostics, and treatment.
Tools in P-DTR: stimulus, anti-stimulus, universal therapeutic localization (UTL).
Structure of dysfunction in P-DTR. The concept of primary, secondary, and tertiary dysfunction.
P-DTR workflow algorithm through the associated muscle.

Day 2:

Tools in P-DTR: stimulus + DTR
Tools in P-DTR: double stimulus (2 Stimulus)
Classification of disorders in the P-DTR method.
Tools in P-DTR: therapeutic localization (TL, 2TL)

Day 3:

Review of the main rules in P-DTR
Reactor-reactive dysfunction. Clinical presentation, diagnostics, and treatment (4 correction methods).

Patient case analysis using the P-DTR method.

Day 4:

Nociception. Pathways of pain sensitivity conduction.
Dysfunction of pain receptors. Clinical presentation, diagnostics, and treatment.
Inhibition patterns of FRA (NWR), PMRF, thalamic response.
Visual diagnostics of inhibition patterns.
Switching in P-DTR. Main causes. Workflow algorithm.
Working with the “Graphic P-DTR” program
Patient case analysis using the P-DTR method.

Day 5:

Dysfunction of Golgi receptors (capsular and non-capsular). Clinical presentation, differential diagnostics, and treatment.
Tendon work principles. Normal and pathological response of Golgi tendon receptors.
Dysfunction of Pacinian receptors and vibration receptors. Clinical presentation, diagnostics, and treatment.
Working with the TS line.
Dysfunction of cloacal reflexes. Clinical presentation, diagnostics, and treatment.
Patient case analysis using the P-DTR method.
