P-DTR Method. Seminar 2

Date 30.09.2026 – 04.10.2026

We invite you to an advanced 5-day seminar dedicated to the P-DTR method – an advanced system of neuro-muscular diagnostics and correction. This course will help you understand the complex biomechanical and reflex interactions of the body, as well as master practical methods for diagnosing and treating various dysfunctions.

Seminar Program:

Day 1: Fundamentals and Kinematic Chains

  • Answers to questions regarding the materials from the first seminar.
  • Gait pattern – classification of disorders, clinical manifestations, diagnostics, and treatment.
  • 4 levels of protection of a hypotonic muscle – mechanisms and correction methods.
  • Long kinematic chain – diagnostics, clinical presentation, and tracking rules through the indicator muscle (IM) and associated muscle (AM).
  • Closed kinematic chain – особенности diagnostics and treatment.
  • Traumatic event (Event) – impact on the body, diagnostics, and treatment methods.
  • Reflex connections of the knee joint and associated muscles.

Day 2: Receptors and Pelvic Work

  • Differential diagnostics of capsular and non-capsular Golgi receptors.
  • Pelvic category 1 – clinical presentation, diagnostics, and correction using the P-DTR method.
  • Pelvic categories 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 – diagnostics and correction using P-DTR.
  • Reflex connections of the pelvis – work with ligaments and muscles.
  • Hyaline cartilage – rules of diagnostics and treatment.
  • Working with the "Graphic P-DTR" program – mastering visualization tools.
  • Patient case analysis – practical application of knowledge.

Day 3: Spine and Sacrum

  • Pelvic category 3 – clinical cases, diagnostics, and correction.
  • Sacral distortion – treatment features using the P-DTR method.
  • Fixations of the spinal segment – diagnostics and elimination of dysfunctions.
  • Spinal ligaments – correction techniques.
  • Palo-Alto – clinical features and diagnostic methods.
  • Patient case analysis – practical application of techniques.

Day 4: Receptor Dysfunctions and Tests

  • Dysfunction of touch receptors – diagnostics of gross and fine touch, inhibition patterns.
  • Positional receptors – diagnostics and correction.
  • Functional tests in P-DTR:
  • Pilus – rules of implementation and interpretation.
  • PRYT – identification of dysfunctions and correction.
  • Patient case analysis – practical reinforcement of the material.

Day 5: Foot Anatomy and Final Case Reviews

  • Rules for working with the talus and hyoid bone.
  • Step pattern – foot anatomy, transfer phases, role of ligaments.
  • Reflex connections of the foot and ankle joint.
  • P-DTR tools:
  • Double universal therapeutic localization (2UTL).
  • Answers to questions and final summary.
